One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty

At Facet & Forge Jewelry, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. We stand behind our jewelry and want you to shop with confidence.

Every Facet & Forge purchase includes a One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear.

If a covered defect is identified during the warranty period, Facet & Forge Jewelry will, at our discretion, repair or replace the item at no charge.

What Is Covered

Examples of issues that may be covered under this warranty include:.

• Defects in ring construction or assembly
• Loose accent stones resulting from a manufacturing defect
• Defective settings caused by workmanship issues
• Structural defects in the metal or mounting
• Manufacturing flaws that affect the integrity of the piece

Each warranty claim is evaluated individually by our team.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Scratches, dents, or worn finishes
• Bent rings resulting from impact or misuse
• Damage caused by accidents
• Loss of a diamond, gemstone, or jewelry item
• Theft or mysterious disappearance
• Damage resulting from improper care or storage
• Damage caused by exposure to harsh chemicals
• Rings or jewelry resized, repaired, modified, or serviced by another jeweler
• Intentional damage or misuse

Because jewelry is worn regularly, minor signs of wear are considered normal and are not manufacturing defects.

Quick Ship and Resized Rings

Quick Ship rings are delivered in their original size and condition. Any resizing or modification performed after delivery by a third party will void warranty coverage for issues related to those alterations.
