Eligible Returns

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be returned within 30 days of the shipment date
• Be in original, unworn condition
• Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
• Include the original ring box, packaging, and inserts
• Include all original documentation, grading reports, and certificates provided with the purchase

Please note that the 30-day return period begins on the date your order ships, not the date it is delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Custom-designed jewelry
• Personalized jewelry
• Engraved items
• Special-order items
• Rings or jewelry resized after delivery
• Diamond upgrade purchases
• Clearance items
• Final sale items

Because these items are created, modified, or ordered specifically for an individual customer, they cannot be returned once purchased.

Complimentary Return Shipping

Facet & Forge provides complimentary, fully insured return shipping for eligible items returned within the 30-day return period.

Each customer is entitled to two complimentary return shipments per calendar year. Additional returns may require the customer to arrange and pay for return shipping and insurance.

For your protection, all approved returns must be shipped using the return instructions provided by Facet & Forge Jewelry.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different ring, size, or style, eligible items may be exchanged within the same 30-day period.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and any applicable price differences.
